The past two days have been gorgeous, and it's definitely starting to feel and smell like summer around here! Maybe it's the freshly cut grass and the smell of barbecue that fills the air every night! After a little yard work this afternoon I couldn't help but to get the camera out for a bit. The summer decor is out, but I swear if my plants keep growing at this rate, my little gnome is going to disappear very soon!
Finally I have a day off from work, and time to cook something delicious! On the menu for tonight: slow-cooked corned beef, potatoes, and carrots. Should be ready in just a few more hours :)
After being neglected for a couple months, the site has finally been renovated and new photos have been added! It's a completely new layout, and you can expect to see more consistent updates from here on out!
This weekend I paid a visit to the Chicago Auto Show. It was my first time at an event like this, and I had a great time! It was so exciting to see all the awesome cars and displays! Jeep/Chrysler won in my mind with the huge test tracks and free rides! I even had the opportunity to check out (and ride in) the new Fiat 500 Sport, and check out the sexy Fiat Abarth. Can't wait until my next Auto Show! Check out the new photos in Gallery 4 :)
It's a sunny, warm day in Chicago...so why not go outside and enjoy some afternoon arts & crafts?! Today's project: painted milk-glass bottles! Start by washing and removing the labels from old bottles lying around your house. Then poor acrylic or latex paint into the bottles, swirl to coat the walls, and then turn upside down to drain the excess paint. Voila!! Beautiful, brightly colored vases to put on display!
Pure Exposure Photography has launched! I'm so excited to see this project coming together and to be able to share my love of photography with all my friends! Expect updates soon :)
